Wanting ideas on what type of filter to get

Hello everyone... I've had my male for a little over 2 months now. He's over 6 inches right now and I'm moving him to a 20l and I really want to set him up nice. I want to fix him up with a 50/50 tank half water half land type of deal and wanted to know what type of filter would be good for him. Thanks

The largest canister filter that you can reasonably afford.
Anything less will be next to useless with the amount of waste these guys produce.

Once you estimate the total volume of water in tank; get a canister filter rated for at least 10X that volume. For example if you will have 5 gallons your filter should be rated no less than for a 50 gal. tank. Those numbers are bare minimum and would personally would get the largest canister filter can afford.

BTW, a 40B would be a better tank for your male and they are going for $40 at PETCO until the 27th! Good luck !

Thanks Glenn and Carlos... I don't think I've seen a Petco in Kentucky but I'm getting one anyway Lol What canister would you guy recommend? I have seen some by Zoomed but I don't know Thanks
