So here is the deal and please don't hate me. I really am not a frog lover... SORRY. However, I need some help and can't seem to find it anywhere. I have a pond in my front yard and I ALWAYS have frogs laying eggs in it. Yesterday I saw a frog in it and took him out. Only when I pulled him out there were actually two of them. At 1st I thought they were mating. Lovely... more frog eggs! However, upon closer inspection I realized the frogs were deformed. They are siamese twins! One is piggyback riding the other. They are SOOO weird. I believe they are southern toads. I sent a few pictures of them out and was told that this type of genetic mutation is extremely rare. The guys are fairly large, about the size of my hand. I want to keep them or find them a home where they will be properly taken care of. Obviously the guys, which I have named Bogo (Buy One Get One) and Hitch (Hitchhiker) are rare. Does anyone know what I should do with them? Thanks in advance
P.S. I would love to post a picture of them, but I don't know how to upload one on here. I'd be happy to email a pic to anyone who wants to see them or if someone can explain to me how to do it I will get pics up here of my boys, or girls for all to see.
