Default Gray Tree Froglet with a bit of nose rub?

So a Gray Tree Froglet I have seems to have a redish-black spot right on his snout, and while I'm not sure it's nose rub, I saw him with his nose against the side of tank. I've never had a frog get nose rub before let alone a froglet, so I'm not sure what actions I should take. Should I apply anything to it? I've heard Neosporin minus painkiller is used in certain situations like these. I'm including a picture as well if anyone would like to confirm that it is nose rub as well.

Neosporin without pain killer will do perfectly on this. It should go away after a few sheddings =) Pics to blurry to really tell.

Unfortunately the best I can do is my smartphone camera, so I can't get top quality pics. And how should I apply that then? Q-tips seem like they would be scary to push into a frog's face.

Ive always used Q tips because of the soft tip. Although never had this situation with a froglet. I would still appply the same rules. Lynn can correct me if needed but im still pretty positive its the same way.

I've used q-tips before and they work great. Just be careful not to get it into the nostrils of this little one. Don't wanna plug up the little ones air passage. You might want to take a wet q-tip and roll it over the area first to see if maybe it's just a piece of leaf, bark, moss, or whatever.
