Thats a prolapsed cloaca. I've never had experience with one of those, but the frog needs treatment. Some of the other knowledgable users will chime in on this subject. I think the last time I looked it up, they recommend warm sugar bathing to shrink the afflicted area.

The best advice is that if you have an exotic vet not far away from you, go there rapidly.

That is a prolapse as stated and appears infected too . Agree with above comment and frog should be taken to veterinary now!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

man it looks like a hemroid. OUCH!!! its a froghemi! i heard taking a warm bath will shrink a human hemi, so it makes sense that the froghemi went back down after a soak. i would still really watch carefully and have a vet ready if it doesnt go away. also maybe looser stool would help for a little while until that thing calms down and heals. If i feed tons of crickets for a while it gives my frog softer stool. but i would ask a vet what they think for sure!
Froghemi, it is kind of funny (: but sad at the same time. but funny
