Reason asked your location is because if you have ABF tadpoles, then probably are in their natural Africa grounds ... or someone released them in FL and are breeding there too ! If you are in Africa; then can tell us more about how local adults look, good luck !

Hi there

Please can you post a picture of the tadpoles with something to compare the size to (lighter, ruler, pen etc). Reason for the request is I often come across tadpoles in the field in South Africa and I am never really sure if they are Pixie tadpoles or our common toad species's tadpoles. If you can supply me with a picture of them that would be extremely appreciated.
