Just to be sure I'm understanding you right Grif, blue nighttime heat bulbs are acceptable and blue daytime bulbs are bad for albinos?

Is the red glass party light going to be an issue for daytime use?

Yes. Blue night time bulbs are to simulate moonlight not sunlight.
