Filter help!

I so confused about filters! There so many different kinds...I have no idea what I need. I will have a 10 gallon tank in my kitchen so I need a quiet filter. I will have African Dwarf in there. I know I need to get one that doesn't produce a current for these frogs. I would also like to keep the cost as low as possible while getting a decent filter.

Also, and recommendations on tanks? The prices on these things vary so much!

Look for a 10 gallon filter with a spray bar. That should allow you to reduce the current by placing it against the glass
