    Yes you can upgrade right now. I wouldn't move to a larger enclosure till the frog is eating agian though.

    it won't eat anyway not until his bloating is under control, but danfrog you're right, it is better not to do any major changes until a frog is better. i would fix bloating first and then transfer into new tank with fresh substrate and all correct parameters
    Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
