Do they need UVB. I can't find this info. Thanks
Fairly certain just about all tree frogs are nocturnal. highly doubt they NEED UVB but some people might recommend it for bone development.
Nope, not needed. I use LED lighting just for the live plants.

That's great news. Thanks. I do need to use daylight bulbs for heat though because I have trouble keeping humidity and temp up. It seams to be burning my plants abit though. I just got a bigger tank so maybe them being further away from the heat will be better.
Also have another wtf question. Do they do ok in a setup with partial water on the bottom and running water through a filter. I just bought stuff to make a waterfall and really want to do it. I will make most of the tank land tho.
They don't need UVB and CA/D3 should be supplemented. Can use a 2.0 UVB for tank illumination (plants, observation) if needed. Whole bottom can be water, just need to feed crickets in bowl so they do not jump into water, wash off dustings, and drown. Here is a good read on White's: Frog Forum - White's Tree Frog Care - Litoria caerulea .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
