Me personally I would err on the side of caution and say no.
Everything I've ever heard or seen says no fertilizers and especially I would be very hesitant about hormones.
Just my two cents.

You guys are probably right. I'd been cautious so far, but every time I look at the bottle I see "safe" everywhere so was wondering. The manufacturer never answered my email.
Frogs absorb water and most everything present in environment through skin. Think we do not want plant hormones and vitamins inside frogs!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
