Hello and do not worry about frog pain, it won't help the frog . Get some Melafix (an aquarium medication, a small bottle should do) and mix per label instructions. Dose daily after water change (remove any carbon from filter if using it) for 7 days or until frog is healed. That will prevent and help fight any bacteria from becoming a problem. Keep us updated in this post and let us know of any changes in color, swelling, or feeding habits. Good luck !

A frog of mine went through a similar healing process after an escape. Their skin is incredibly tender and gets damaged quite easily. Be extremely diligent about keeping the water clean and it will help the frog heal quickly. Believe it or not, he will look good as new in a few weeks. These frogs are incredibly resilient.

he hasnt eaten since he escaped sunday. ive noticed some tearing on the webbing of his back feet & his left back foot has started twitching. the skin under his belly seems to look thicker than just him shedding his skin. ive enclosed a picture & goin to try to upload a video.

I think if I were you, place this frog in a hospital tank with daily fresh water (use a water conditioner of course) and keep it as clean as humanly possible and allow this frog to heal, which it should in time. If no hospital tank is available then keep his tank as clean as possible and medicate as Tony recommended.

Don't worry about him not eating, he's more than likely stressed. From your picture, he looks like he has decent mass on him. They can go a very long time without food.

Focus on keeping the tank clean and having a stress-free environment to fully recover. Your biggest concern here should be it becomes infected so do your best to avoid that happening., Melafix should do the trick as Tony suggested.
