What kind of frog is this? Kind of reminded me of an oregon spotted frog but there endangered ain't they?

Columbia spotted frogs also have very upturned eyes. Mink frogs have slightly upturned eyes. I don't know what else does though. None of these should be in Kentucky. I suppose they didn't bother telling you where it was from? It's also not impossible that it's just a slightly strangely shaped local.

I can't tell from the pictures, but does it have dorso-lateral folds?
