Please judge this pacman frogs condition

I bought this frog as a perfect condition animal. It was suppose to have no leg issues. Now I know looking at this animal that it does have some issues. Looks like the mouth isn't shutting all the way either. I'm still kinda new but I'm guessing mbd.

That frog has MBD.

Can be stopped and possibly recover though. The seller definitely didn't care for the frog correctly. I'm surprised that it has made it to that size.
