Hello Frog Forum, I was wondering if this would be a good substrate for my Whites Tree Frogs. I was thinking a small amount of sand mixed in would help with drainage (I plan on setting up a false bottom soon). Could this be beneficial for my frogs? Thanks.
It actually would hinder drainage over time because the sand will wash down through the coco fiber and settle on your separation layer, causing it to drain slower.
