Default Bringing the brooding frog back!

A team of Aussie and American scientists are working on bringing the gastric brooding frog back from its extinction nearly 30 years ago, this amazing little frog amazed scientists when they found that it swallowed its eggs and bought them up its stomach. The scientists have began work on making the embryo with tests on frozen tissue so far an embryo has survived for 36 hours which is impressive in itself but can they bring this beautiful species really be bought back? I am very hopeful. Full story here Bizarre extinct frog brought back to life - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)
This also makes me wonder if they can bring this species back what other animals can be taken away from extinction and is this the right thing to do? I would love to hear your thoughts on this topic!

I'm not worried about the "right" thing to do. I hope they can make it unextinct, alot of great animals went extinct over the years and hopefully they can eventually bring all of them back. (not dinosaurs, we all saw jurassic park)
It really is impressive, science never stops amazing and helping world wide.

Yes it is really amazing, as far as I'm concerned it is humans that are at fault for the extinction of great animal species so why not try bring some back! (Tasmanian tiger would be good)

That's so weird because I was going to post that the Tasmanian tiger would be a fantabulous choice. It's neat to know that there are other people who feel the same way. To see a Tasmanian tiger in the flesh would be great. Plus undoing something terrible we did as humans would be great.
