Guppies are fine to feed them but remember that live feeder fish sometimes have parasites in them. I'm not saying they definitely will so its probably fine but fish are more likely than other live feeders. It's not necessary and your frog won't benefit much from a fish but if you just want it to chase something around the tank the by all means go right ahead.
