Cuban tree frogs come in a wide range of colors. Most are brownish, but some are almost white, and some are dark green.
In an older post, she showed pictures of the tadpoles, they aren't grey tree frogs.

I got some mystery tadpoles (from ebay), supposed to be green tree frogs. They clearly weren't, and turned out to be cubans. Hers could still be something else, but most native frogs are smooth (that was one of the ways to id cubans).
