    Good Morning,

I'm sure you know, There are different species of 'flying' or 'gliding tree frogs'.
Two I can recall immediately are south American (Agalychnis spurrelli ) and Borneo Rhacophorus nigropalmatus ( this is a really beautiful frog ! )

I do recall other members w/ A spurrelli - maybe do a FF search? It's care would be similar to red eyed tree frogs.

From what I can tell, I think I have Racophororus nigropalmatus. I purchased it just over 2 weeks ago from my local pet store (private, not a chain store) here in Utah. They just marketed it as a "flying frog." I will work on getting some pics. I have him/her housed with a RETF right now and I don't think it is going so well. My FF is not active at night and not really eating. However, I put him in a separate enclosure one night to make sure he ate and he did fine. I have heard care is similar to RETF but having the 2 together, he may be intimidated even though he is slightly larger than the RETF.

A general rule of thumb is that mixing frog species rarely works out even when sharing similar parameters. Either stress or toxicity ends up getting one or both frog's natural immunity down and then an opportunistic pathogen deals the final blow . Looking forwards to seeing pics too !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

I highly doubt you picked up a nigropalmatus at a pet store. They are pretty rare in captivity and I haven't heard of any coming in, in years. A photo will really help Id it
