Nice article, but I disagree with the jumping part. I've personally seen my pacman girl jump at a plant I was moving acros the top of her terrarium, her terrarium was 40cm high at the time. I call that a big jump for such a fat frog.

they sure can jump and quite high for a big fat frog, especially clearly you can see it when placed in their baths.

I don't know who told you all that, but you learn a lot of things they can do and few that they can't. Being heavy just means you need strong legs to get around on and that includes jumping. They can also be quite a good climber when determined to get somewhere.

lol I don't know, I once watched Trevor wage an epic battle trying to get over a small fake plant. She wasn't stuck or anything... Just couldn't figure it out. After that day she avoided it, which is why she doesn't have any plants in her tank (I put large mounds of decorative coco-fiber to make up for it).
That was the day I realized that she wouldn't have done very well in the rainforest.
