    Default New arrivals!

So, I managed to meet up with a breeder today and I was going to get one... but ended up buying two.
They are around 3 months old.

Greedely took 7 wax worms, also seems to be very curious, hops and looks around alot, doesn't seem intimidated by me at all.

    Xicohtencat (means angry bee)

This one feels like a challenge. Refused to eat, squeaked at me when I picked "him" up, doesn't seem to move at all.

With these two little guys, my collection is complete and unless someone tempts me with a Cornuta, you won't see me buying anything else.

Good looking frogs Hypnotic! Throw every kind of food you can at "Angry Bee". Another suggestion wold be to ask the breeder what he was feeding them. I couldn't get my pac lunchbox to eat earthworms, come to find out he was being fed crickets. It took some time, but I have him switched to worms as a staple, with crickets and waxworms for some variety.

I actually know he fed all of them crickets only, but all the stores here are closed on mondays and the local store even on monday and tuesday. So I'm kind of in a bind untill wednesday.
I'l see how his feeding response is tomorrow, if food is still rejected, I'l take a small trip to get them.
I do intend to try red runners tomorrow, since they look more like a cricket.

Thanks everyone! It wassn't willpower, it was common sense. If I bought more right now, I wouldn't have the space to house them decently, so now I can remodel and create more space while my 2 young ones grow up in a devided terrarium, by the time they are adults, I'l have the room sorted out and I'l be relocating them all to exo-terra 45x45x45's.

I do have a small question however, how long should it takes these little guys to get settled in? The grumpy one isn't showing any intrest in food yet. Howlong should I try untill I should be worried?

a week, all that time he needs to left alone and of course husbandry should be spot on. offer food after lights off ( about 30 min after) in his cage, but don't annoy much. if he is used to crickets, offer crickets same size as he used to.

I'd like to thank GrifTheGreat and lija for the behind the scenes advice. Both tanks were missing 2 out of 3 crickets this morning, even after inspecting every corner and possible hiding spot.
So now I can relax and stop worrying because my babies are eating.
