No but I actually got some for bearded dragon today. If I offer them to my frog how should I do it. Like place it in front of him?

Yes. Place the Waxworm infront of him and leave him be for a few minutes. Come back and check to see if it's gone.

As you probably already know, Waxworms will burrow, but they don't do it for a while in coconut fiber because of the moisture.

Alright I will try this once I get home tonight. Hopefully this will work. I just don't want the little guy to die.

Are you keeping his night time temps up? (sorry if this is a repeated question, but it's very important) Could you post a picture of his new enclosure? Has the frog pooped since you got him? If he hassn't pooped yet, he might be a little constipated from the pinky, in that case, give him a lukewarm bath with water up to his chin maximum, add 3 drops of honey and leave him in for 30 minutes. Afterwards give him another lukewarm bath to rinse him clean, also leave him in there for a while. Also, are you offering the food via tongs or hands or are you just dropping it in? If you are offering by hand or tongs, leave that. And just drop the food in at night and take it out in the morning.

Yeah Ive checked it every night i got to bed and its at 78 and I check it if I wake up through the night just incase. I have a infared I use during the day to raise it to 80. Ill post a picture as soon as I take one. He hasnt pooped but hes been in the same spot for about 4 days now. I didnt want to stress him out by moving him yet. Ill try soaking in the morning just because Im going to try to leave another cricket in his ceeper overnight. Ive been taking the food out when I mist in the morning.

I always drop 3 crickets in for my babies, usually 1-2 get eaten. If he is lazy like my girl and never moves, that one cricket might elude him the entire night, so triple those odds.

Ill try it again tonight but the last time I did that he started chirping because two of the crickets where sitting on his head. I dont think he was being attacked but that didnt seem right to me

Well, try it again, especially since he's in a critter keeper now with all sides blocked off, his stress levels should be majorly reduced. I think it's safe for me to assume your not touching him. Does he have a waterdish and some plants?

No I havent touched him. the only time my hand is in the keeper is to change the water. other than that its tongs for feeding and taking the food out. He has a water dish and I need to get a smaller pant for the ceeper. The one I have now is way to big to fit in the ceeper

You don't need to get a smaller plant, what I did was cut off a piece of the large plant and place that in there.

Well my plan is if he doesnt eat tonight Im going to place him in warm water with honey like you said. Im going to search his ceeper to see if I find any poop and Ill also cut the plant down some and place it in his ceeper then Ill let him be all day and try to feed him again that night

Sounds like a good plan, the honey should also provide a nice energy boost. So fingers crossed and keep us updated!

Well it was another unsuccesful feeding last night but i went through with my plan this morning and bathed him for an hour a half hour with honey and another half hour to get the honey off him. He didnt poop and i also checked his cage and found nothing. But while I had the chance i took a picture of his ceeper and I also added in the plant Name: IMG_9293.jpg

What time at night are you feeding him? Maybe wake up in the middle of the night to feed him. You said its been two weeks since he ate. Might want to start reading up on force feeding.

Hmm, he din'd poop and nothing was found in the terrarium? Be sure to gently feel his right side, if you feel any hardness, please tell us.
