only night crawler pieces 1/2 inch long until the frog gets larger.

cut from the anus side of the worm and it will heal up to feed from again.

do not feed red worms! they make a slime that tastes really bad to a frog.

Yes you can feed earthworms. Your frogs will more then likely take night crawlers over red wigglers as Louis said, they secrete a slime when threatened and some animals shy away from them. With being said my whites love red wigglers.

Sorry I do not recommend meal worms or super worms for any frog.
