Whites tree frog questions

I just got two frogs, and do not know what to feed them. They are about 1 1/2 inches long. I do not want to feed them only crickets and I have a small dubia roach colony. PLEASE HELP!

only night crawler pieces 1/2 inch long until the frog gets larger.

cut from the anus side of the worm and it will heal up to feed from again.

do not feed red worms! they make a slime that tastes really bad to a frog.

Yes you can feed earthworms. Your frogs will more then likely take night crawlers over red wigglers as Louis said, they secrete a slime when threatened and some animals shy away from them. With being said my whites love red wigglers.
