Default New Beginner for Dart Frogs

I have two new additions to my den. Dendrobates Bumilio Bastimentos and San Cristobal these are thumbnail size frogs. Is it ok to put them both in a 8x8x10 exo terra terrarium or do i need a bigger one. I have two Dendrobates Tinctorius Patricia in a 18x18x20 right now.
thanks. I would love to get them a home as soon as possible.

    hi
i believe that thay are now clssifeid in the oophaga genus and not dendrobates, however i could be wrong.im sure someone more knowledgeable will pitch in.With regards to keeping the two of them together I wouldnt advise it as they may interbreed and they may have different needs, however as i said im no expert, and i cant really help you with the viv size as i've only got d.auratus and they're in an exo terra 60x45x60cm but they're a bit larger than your's.

thanks dan. They were both males but not it all moot. I just found one of the frogs dried out on the floor in the next room. I think it escaped his temp home and went exploring. I am sad but at least I know I can put the other Vanzolini/. I think I gave wrong names in the original. I feel bad for the froggy and my wallet. So I guess a small 8x8 will be just fine for this little guy and hopefully I can find out if it a male or female and they try to sex it out.

I do have a few questions that I have not found any answers for on the net. first about springtails. How long do they last in the terrarium? Should I put more each week, each month,? 2. How long will a container of fruit flys last in the tank.

    thanks guys.

Sorry for your loss, with regards to the springtails if you add them a few weeks before you put the frogs in you will let them get established and start breeding so if the frogs eat a few it won't affect their numbers dramatically.Im not too sure what you mean by how long the container will last in the tank?

Thank you. I mean when you purchase the spring tails they come in a container. Do you dump the entire thing into the terrarium do the springtails last a long time or do you need to "restock" the terrarium with them every once in a while.
