Flourescent Light & Nightlight under one hood?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if this product exists at all. I am looking for a hood unit that can support both a nightlight and a flourescent light, that I can control either of them independently (in this case, 12 hour cycles for both). Any possible alternatives or solutions? Thanks

I make my own by installing blue LEDs inside the ends of each light fixture and plugging one cord into the day cycle and the other into the night cycle on the timer.

sounds good to me; is there a kit or diagram I can follow to learn how to do this? I really have no direct experience in rigging custom lighting for a tank. Thank you so far!
