If yo have some card board or something you can just put it straight in the middle so he doesn't see the rest of the tank.

Is it really that stressful for them to be in a larger tank? Especially one with heavy foliage like mine? He really does seem ok to me. Tucked in next to the log, very close to the water dish. But like I said, I will keep an eye for sure to make sure he is eating well and not stressing.
