spring peeper... Im not sure about ohio rules...but if you have a fishing license you may be able to keep him...(at least that is the way it is in california) contact fish and wildlife....
I got work i can have them shipped here in california...but i cant release them. I been in contact with fish and wildlife all the time... i usualy have alot of questions for them haha.
