Hello and welcome to FF, that is one nice Rana! Here is a care article for your frog: Frog Forum - Leopard Frog Care - Rana pipiens (Schreber, 1782) and R. sphenocephala (1886) . Normally you want 1/4 to 1/3 land and rest water for Ranas.
You can feed it gut loaded crickets sized same as distance between frog eyes. Can also feed similar sized Dubia roaches. Dust with CA/D3 2X and vitamins 1X weekly on different days with skip day in between.
FL light will not harm frog. Since Ranas like to bask, would add a 2.0 UVB light bulb. Also think it's a Leopard - Rana pipiens. There is no need for an airstone since frog breaths from air.
Water must be dechlorinated and with no filter, should change 50% daily to keep toxic ammonia down. You can add and internal power filter (I like the Ovation 1000) and in 30 days it should be fully cycled with beneficial bacteria. Once cycled you can reduce water changes to around 25% weekly, or what it takes to keep water clean. When cleaning filter pads or media just rinse in tank water during water change. Tap water will kill the good bacteria that reduce ammonia to nitrites and then to nitrates. Nitrates are not as toxic as other 2 and you get rid of those with water changes. Hope this helps you get started and good luck!
