Ill be moving "Lucy" my adult Tomato Frog to a larger enclosure next week, I'm thinking of using a very fine aquarium sand as a Substrate instead of the Cocco Substrate thinking it may be easier to keep clean. Has anyone ever used a very fine Aquarium Sand for Tom Frogs before and do you think its acceptable or not? Your thoughts?
Sand? Why you want to piss off Lucy
? It's not going to be any easier to clean and IMO will make your frog miserable. If you want to have a sand set-up, get some hermit crabs
.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
