Ruby is my very 1st frog.
Poor baby.
He's not sick , just very old. I can't bear it.
He is like a frail little old man

I believe I purchased him ( as an adult ) in Nov of 2009, but it may have been 2008 ?
If so, this would make him around 6 years old. I purchased him at a show, from a lousy breeder, of whom I would never mention. It doesn't matter.

Even when younger he was on the small side. I have other males that are twice his size.

I don't want to move him. It would stress him out too much.
He poops, and soaks.
He dose not climb all the way to the top anymore
I have given him his own plant to stop on.... 1/2 way up if he wants. He loves to sleep on the Dracaena leaves.

I have added an additional cricket bowl of which he does not have difficulty getting in an out of.
Trying to make dinner easy every night with lots of small crickets....he eats.
He sits on the cricket bowl with his 3 tank mates every night. Seems happy enough despite his old age.

Maybe a little Reptiboost? Don't know? I have a separate cricket bin with small crickets;
gut-loading them daily with everything I can think of. I will be dripping a pedi soak mix on him once daily though, just in case. He must have a strong heart, he goes on- and-on.

Ruby - this AM. He just settled down ( he's slow) - he will tuck eventually. He's very sweet.
It's tough to watch them age like this . It's a very sad feeling ......bittersweet.
