So, I'm making a show on youtube where my toad travels through space to get to other terrariums. (Doctor Who parody) Anyways, I see pictures where people dress their toads up in clothes. Does anyone know how to do this? Is it safe for them?

Handling your frogs and toads can cause stress for them. It is recommended that only minimal handling is done to provide them with food/water and to provide them with a clean home.

Frogs/toads get sick having too much stress. Stress weakens their immune systems, which prevents them from fighting off usual bacteria, fungal infections, and parasites.
