Help with feeder crickets!

the first picture is of my cricket place before i cleaned it out and took your advice. The second picture is now. I completely cleaned it out and replaced the food and water gel. My new question is should i be feeding the crickets more than just the food and water gel? like, lettuce?

Make sure to have a good amount of egg carton in the container since they are territorial and fight between each other. Also the food containers seems to be too tall for me.
