ID help please

Hi, All...
Could anyone help ID this fella? Noticed him in a bucket of muck shoveled from a basement fire escape drain in Oklahoma City. He's likely been in the bucket a couple of months. It looks like he was surviving on small flies/gnats flying around the bucket. He's about 1 to 1.25 inches long. Thanks so much for your help!
