For your Pacman only recommended shredded coco fiber sold under the names of Plantation Soil (EcoTerra) or EcoEarth (Zoo Med). I prefer the first because find it easier to mix and has no foreign stuff like pieces of rope or plastic. You want to mix with dechlorinated water until it's slightly damp and clumps in your fist without dripping water out. There is great info on Pacman keeping in here: http://www.frogforum.net/content/pac...-breeding-170/ . You can tell if an Ornate by looking behind it's little horns. They have a false "eye" spot in each one, if no spots, it's a Cranwelli.

For the worms you can use newspaper or the coco pads they sell for creating layers. There is a bigger list in here: Red worm beginners guide getting started . Worms will eat that and make worm casings which adds to soil and can be used in your potted plants or yard, even mixed with the shredded coco or ABG in vivariums. I even mix worm casings with shredded coco 50-50 for my tarantulas! As long as you stay away from meat products and other listed bad food veggie kitchen scraps are OK. You do not want to overfeed because then food will rot and the colony could crash. Good luck !
