*Sigh*
I am so new at this and I just want to do everything right. I have my 2.5 gallon tank at work. It's only been here 2 days. I originally bought all this because I was told I could keep a fish at work. I was never able to do that before and I guess it was kind of an impulse buy.But I wanted to do everything right and buy all the right products so they would live long enough. Now I'm regretting bringing them to work. All I do is worry about them. "Why aren't they moving?" "Is my little froggy okay in that hiding place?" I would feel so much better if they were home with my husband.
Tell me if this plan is okay.
About 5 minutes before I leave I will empty out 50+ % of their tank and with their water put them in a medium sized CLEAN Tupperware with the lid on and have them somewhere safe in my car on the 30 minute drive home.
Concerns: Hot car. The sun has been on my car all day and it's not boiling hot, but hot enough. I can blast the air on right when I get in. Also, will they be okay with the lid on the Tupperwear? How much strain is this going to put on them being moved again and in a bumpy car probably all splashing around in there?
Am I doing this right?
