I was looking at my frog's tank (adfs) and saw movement. So far I've rescued two (possibly three) swimmers; they are now in separate containers. I've never had tadpoles before (and I've heard they are hard to raise.) I've taken some of the frogs water for the tadpoles and place a leaf in each. My guess is they are a few days old.

I've never wanted tadpoles...I'm a grad student and don't have the time and they usually eat all of the eggs (to the best of my knowledge...I put in some new foliage and they are in a bigger tank-10 gallon so maybe that is how.) But I couldn't just leave them in the tank....so here I am. Any thoughts? If they survive for few more days do I really need a baby brine shrimp factory? At what point will that happen?

Currently I have 1(possibly two) tadpoles in a small container and the second tadpole in another small container. I have a spare three gallon, but no spare heater (it is in the main tank cause this weather is freaky.)
