Oh my goodness! It's no wonder you couldn't find him right away, I have trouble finding mine in it's enclosure! So, so happy you found him and hope he enjoyed his "man cave" for the night.

This frog truly is crazy. I have rocks holding down the lid. I ended up buying another from the same place yesterday and he's in the same tank and he just sleeps but the other one that was lose in my car is alllll over the place. He needs a car size enclosure for sure. Is a 20gallon high big enough for these two?

    Wow !

    This is great news.
You could call him 'Tricky Fingers' .
He just does not want to be in there. I guess it's his way of adjusting?

Tanks size- I believe 20 is on the small size for 2 adults
Watch for a sale on a 40 breeder.

Please consider quarantine; keeping them in separate tanks for a month or so. Sorry..
It's best to quarantine them just to be sure? What if one is sick or has parasites?

Even a 10 gallon would do for quarantine:

I didn't think quarantine mattered if they were together already. Same place same tank when I bought them? Would something upright be better wtf. Something big and tall? Or is a breeder ok. I found a good deal on a 30 breeder. Too small?
