i know its a controversial topic but was just wondering if anyone has ever kept adult males together before, ive seen people trying to breed them with several males and females in large outdoor pools but has anyone kept just a couple of males together? both my bullys have turned out to be males which im very pleased about and i am prepared to always keep them seperate but i have a 5x2x2 glass viv with a large filtered pool built into one end of it and i like the idea of having them both together,do you think even without the presence of females they would still fight? of course i wouldn't attempt this without them being of the same size which currently they are not so i have some time just wondered what other peoples thoughts and experiences were on the subject, cheers
Keeping even same sized African Bullfrog together other than during breeding and with supervision, incurs a damage or even death risk to frogs. If you are willing to do so with your pets; then that is your choice.
Maybe you get exceptionally lucky and they see each other as pals. Even then a feeding accident could happen, and those frog odontoids are sharp as a knife.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
