I am positive that begonias are safe. They are high in humidity! Not sure about the rest...
Any "New" plant is not safe until it is prepared properly for the enclosure.
They must be cleaned ( roots and all ! ), rinse and re-potted in ABG or tropical soil as they are full of bugs, pesticides, and fertilizer.
A FF search will find you lots of instruction as to how to do this.

The coleus and potato vine - really should not be usedthey are garden annuals... and will die eventually die. You could plant them in your garden.
The begonia may do ok in a drier area of the tank -- if it has good drainage. They don't mind the humidity....but the roots can't stay soggy.
I would have to look up the cordyline. I think its a large tropical.
