    Hi

It's rare ...it's a species of tapeworm called Spirometra erinacei.
    It's not pretty, Corey.
It can migrate from wild caught frogs from the soil - the typical , or original host could simply be a cat or dog.
It typically affects that area or on their lower back.

It's more likely a little puncture wound that got a little infected, and healed over.
Get some topical antibiotic on it? The skin looks healed over , so I'm puzzled as to what to do for it.
    The vet will know.

Well... this is weird... that bulge is now disappeared on the back of her head. Now what? Keep her in quarantine? She just ate a HUGE cricket. Today was feeding day =P

Hi Corey! Seems to me it was an small bacterial infection and the drainage helped by allowing better circulation and internal healing. Would follow up with topical antibiotic and observation for a week or so. Good luck!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
