How to hold an African Bullfrog ?

I would love to hold an african bullfrog, I have an Aquarium 100x40x40 is that big enough for a male african bullfrog ?
Which temperatur they need ?
How often do u feed them ?
What a humidity they need ?
Which substratum you use ?

If u get a tamed frog than its all good. My frog hates me, he always tries to bite me lol.
