I'm no expert, but as no one else has answered yet, I'll give it a shot. I don't know what kind of frogs you have (and even if I did, I probably wouldn't know their specific needs), but I may be able to help with humidity. When I first got my frogs, I was misting probably 10-20 times a day to keep the humidity above 60%. After a few days of this, I covered 2/3 of their lid with a thin cloth. I wet the cloth with declorinated water usually once a day (sometimes twice), and now easily maintain about 78-80% humidity. Once, I actually had to remove the cloth for about an hour because the humidity climbed up to about 90%! I am using a flour sack towel, but any sort of thin cotton cloth should do the trick. I've been doing this for close to two months, and it seems to be working very well. I keep 1/3 of the tank uncovered so they have decent ventilation. Anyway, I don't know your specific needs, but I hope this helps.
