Mine sounded like a quack and it was early in the morning and i was still in bed.And it sounded nothing like the link u showed me.

Pyxies don't quack Lol! Some Pacman calls sound like a quack, but a Pyxi sounds closer to a cow.

mine is still a baby and iv read on other sites and other threads that thair baby had a quack noise.

They normally dont start calling until they're around 4" SVL, but both sexes can make various sounds. Never heard a quack from my male.

Need to see more pictures to give a good guess of gender, but the head on your frog does look male.
