My Pacman bit me!

So I couldn't find my tongs today and I had the wise idea to try feeding him with my hand. I grabbed an earthworm by his tail end and dangle it a few inches above Mippy's head. But instead of just taking the worm he jumps up and bites my finger a full 10" above his head. I didn't even know these guys could jump that high! In the end he didn't suffer any harm and proceeded to eat 3 earthworms.

This spoiled frog has gotten into the habit of waking up every day and sitting in front of his cage staring me down for food.

I din'd know either, untill a few days ago. They are fast and jump high, kind of unexpected for such fat, lazy frogs :P

Well now you know why you shouldn't try and hand feed them. Also if you offer food from your fingers the frog will attack your hand every time you reach into the tank.

Man, I'm even scared of just thinking about the fact that I would have to remove an adult ornate and pixie once a month for cleanings. I'm hesitant about this lol.....I think I'm going to feed it good and clean during daytime when the time comes to reduce this from happening.
