Try a warm water soak. That helped mine.

    soak time ---15-20 minutes.
    Not too warm.
Make the temp of the water comfortable to your wrist.

What substrate do you have in his enclosure?
What is the temp of the enclosure?

Some photos of your frog will help us.

Actually, could you please answer these questions

    1-size of enclosure
2-# on inhabitants - specifically ( if there is another frog ---size differences ?)
    3-humidity
    4-temp
5-water - type - for both misting and soaking dish
    6-materials used for substrate
7-enclosure set up i.e. plants( live or artificial) wood, bark etc -how were things prepared prior to being put into the viv
    8-main food source
    9-vitamins and calcium ? ( how often )
    10-lighting
11-what is, specifically, being used to maintain the temperature of the enclosure
12-when is the last time he ate
    13-have you found poop lately
14-a pic would be great ( including the frog ) any little cell phone pic is fine
15- how old is the frog
16-how long have you owned him
17- is the frog wild caught or captive bred
18- frog food- how often and if its diverse what other feeders are used as treats
19- about how often the frog is handled
20-is the enclosure is kept in a high or low traffic area
21- describe enclosure maintenance ( water changes, cleaning etc)
22- has or was the frog quarantined

2-# on inhabitants - specifically ( if there is another frog ---size differences ?) There was another one but it died a few days ago from unknown causes
3-humidity right now its at 60

5-water - type - for both misting and soaking dish bottled water, and if not water from faucet but put a sub. in it that takes out the chlorine and metals
6-materials used for substrate- dont know what it is called
7-enclosure set up i.e. plants( live or artificial) wood, bark etc -how were things prepared prior to being put into the viv- i have plants and they are artifical.
    8-main food source- small crickets
9-vitamins and calcium ? ( how often )- i was putting calcium powder on the crickets but it was killing them, also i put cricket food in with them and that also killed them.

11-what is, specifically, being used to maintain the temperature of the enclosure- room temperature
12-when is the last time he ate he just ate like 10 mins ago

    Hi,

    He looks ok.

If your frog has not pooped yet...he needs to soak.

Use a - 'clean' shallow container with a lid. ( ie a glad sandwich shape) ( like an 1 -1/2" deep)
Poke air holes in the top. ( create the air holes with a pointy object from the inside of the lid)
If you do it the other-way-around--- the holes will make sharp edges on the inside of the lid that could scrape his head.
Add just enough de-chlor water so it is not above his chin.
Put the frog in - and cover ; keeping him in the soak for 15- 20 min.
You can repeat this every day until he poops.

Don't feed him any meal worms?
Feed him small ( dusted) crickets- so he can digest them easily.

You could increase the temp a bit. ( 82-85 F)
