ZooMed Pacman food

I just tried this stuff on my Fantasy Pac and my two pyxies. Everyone spat it out in disgust (even my aggressive juvenile male eating machine pyxie). Anyone have any luck with this stuff? I was hoping they'd like it because my pac and adult female pyxie are so picky...

(it says on the label that it can be fed to pyxies as well).

I think the samurai packman food might be a better choice. I haven't used either though. Been thinkin about ordering some of the pacman food once my Mojo is better tong trained.

have you ever tried samurai food? i wonder what is it they don't like about zoomed food, consistency or taste? or they don't like anything not moving? or they're not tong trained?

They're tong trained. I never tried the Samurai food (I heard it's almost the same as the ZooMed). I thought for sure the young pyxie would eat it since he's at that eat anything stage.

Many frogs don't like the doughy texture of the food and will spit it out. Most of my frogs will not eat it. My Pyxi on the other hand will eat anything I offer and I do mean anything. Pacman Food might just be his favorite aside from Hornworms and Frozen Thawed Fuzzies.
