white 100% silicone for great stuff background?

If you use white silicon, you know where to put more cocoanut husk, but ive heard of people
not even using silicon and putting the cocoanut husk right on the great stuff foam after spraying
it, i would use a brown silicon if the cocoa husk starts to fall off.
