It looks like Phyllomedusa genus, at least we can be relatively sure of that.

I can't say for sure on that, though I think it's quite likely. I really need to see a clear shot of the pupil, because the only Hylids that have elliptical pupils are the Phyllomedusinae, which would include the genus Phyllomedusa, obviously. Last picture appears to show an eye that is covered in a nictating membrane, so the pupil is not readily visible.
The frog's head shape strongly suggests that it is indeed a Phyllomedusa, but I need more photos from different angles to make a positive ID.
