The pictures are pretty blurry, but given that you're in New York I'm going to guess it's a Spring Peeper. A peeper is pretty easy to ID, it will be small, stick to things, and have an 'X' shaped patter on it's back (I can't make any details out though).

I agree with Uncle Chester, it does look like a Spring Peeper, however, to me, at first glance, it looked as if it could be a baby wood frog.
