Can i take my whites tree frogs with me on vacation?

Im going on vacation for 4 days and i was wondering if i could take hem with me without them getting stressed out. I dont want to leave them with someone not experienced so ill feel much more comfortable doing everything myself. The car ride is about 5 hrs and thats the only problem... Please help meee

I feel like it would be best to not take them with. Their care is pretty simple. I printed out a word document for my grandma to take care of mine while I was gone. It had a list of what she should check and what they should be. They really just have to keep the water changed and the humidity and temperature right, and of course lights changed. It's only four days
